Terms of Usage
For all products purchased from Instant Trivia
When you buy a product from Instant Trivia you do not buy the right to
copy it, anymore than if you buy a book from a bookstore do you buy the
right to republish it and sell it. Complete Trivia gives you a license
to use the Instant Trivia Product which is provided with the product
and it is up to you to ensure that you are cognisent of the license
agreement before you buy or use the products.
A web site document is always presented to you at time of purchase
referred to by link (agree to these terms of use) and by clicking agree
you agree that you have read the document and that you are agreeing to abide to the terms of usage after purchasing. A
reiteration of specific terms in a notepad document License will be
included with each download so you can refer to it if you have any
doubts.
USAGE RIGHTS
Use of all files and folders from Instant Trivia contained in this package in PDF, Word, Publisher or any other forms, with or without modification, is only permitted under these conditions:
An end user will be unable to use any product or content that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms.
The Product and content is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible.

Specifically for Venue and Trivia Hosts Buying the Instant Trivia Weekly Products and Joining the Instant Trivia Australia Community Site
Agree -. that a one time on application confirmation phone call is required to verify a venue or host as a valid business. This is for your protection, so that general quiz clients do not have the right to purchase and gain unfair advantage and the ability to cheat.
License for Weekly Quiz Products
Agree - That quiz is for one use only for the agreed night
Agree - That quiz is only for that venue - and you will not forward product on to another party.
Agree - That use in more than one venue requires a multi license (please contact us for details)
Agree - That no copy made in any shape or form( electronic, print, copy, fax)
will be made excepting only those needed for the one use licensed and that those copys will then be destroyed.
Agree - That copyright remains property of Complete Trivia & Instant Trivia. The Instant Trivia products may never be given away for free or shared. License for use is one person, one quiz, one time and then destroy.
License for Single Products such as fundraisers.
Agree - That quiz is for one use only .
Agree - That quiz is only for that fundraiser - and you will not forward product on to another party.
Agree - That use for more than one event requires a multi license (please contact us for details)
Agree - That no copy made in any shape or form( electronic, print, copy, fax)
will be made excepting only those needed for the one use licensed and that those copys will then be destroyed.

Licence for Single Reference Products
Agree - That quiz is for personal use only .
Agree - That you will not forward product on to another party.
Agree - That these products are not constantly updated and therefor are not guaranteed against errors
Agree - That no copy made in any shape or form (electronic, print, copy, fax)
will be made excepting only those needed for the one use licensed.
Agree - That copyright remains property of Complete Trivia &
Instant Trivia. The Instant Trivia products may never be given away for
free or shared. License for use is one person, one quiz, one time and
then destroy.
The use of the Instant Trivia Community Site
Also requires that you agree that
No trivia host not using Instant Trivia may use the site to advertise a competing trivia product.
No Venue may advertise for trivia events unless they are using the Instant Trivia products or the Complete Trivia services.
Any other advertising that is unrelated to trivia, such as promoting musical events is acceptable, subject to the terms of agreement for the site.
Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproduction of the product or content to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited, unless such reproduction or redistribution is expressly permitted by the license agreement accompanying such product such as a multi license.
The product and content is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the license agreement. Except as warranted in the license agreement, Instant Trivia hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to the product, including all warranties and conditions of merchantability, whether express, implied or statutory, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the usage license of anyone that breaks any of these terms and will seek damages legally against anyone breaking any of these terms. Support Is Included for 30 days from date of sale of introductory offer.
