Refund policy
For use of Instant Trivia Products
All our products are digital products and once you have downloaded them to your computer it is not possible to 'return' them as you would a physical product. We do not anticipate that once you start to use the quiz products regularly that you will require refund on a single item. Refunds may be made in exceptional circumstances but as a rule they are not given.

Terms of Usage
For all products purchased from Instant Trivia
When you buy a product from Instant Trivia you do not buy the right to
copy it, anymore than if you buy a book from a bookstore do you buy the
right to republish it and sell it. Complete Trivia gives you a license
to use the Instant Trivia Product which is provided with the product
and it is up to you to ensure that you are cognisent of the license
agreement before you buy or use the products.
A web site document is always presented to you at time of purchase
referred to by link (agree to these terms of use) and by clicking agree
you agree that you have read the document and that you are agreeing to abide to the terms of usage after purchasing. A
reiteration of specific terms in a notepad document License will be
included with each download so you can refer to it if you have any
doubts.
